Kombucha is a bubbly, delicious, refreshing and healthy fermented beverage that is filled with living cultures (friendly yeast & bacteria). Generally made with black or green tea it is largely classified as a functional beverage, meaning that it is a non-alcoholic drink that contains vitamins, organic acids, antioxidants or other nutrients associated with health benefits.
While there are many who rave on about how kombucha can do everything under the sun, there has actually been very little scientific study done, so that many claims can only be backed up by anecdotal evidence. WebMD says: “Advocates say it helps your digestion, rids your body of toxins, and boosts your energy. It's also said to boost your immune system, help you lose weight, ward off high blood pressure and heart disease, and prevent cancer.”

You will not find us in the big supermarkets or mini-marts – producing that kind of volume means adding processing steps that would simply strip out all those good things that make kombucha what it is.
So, we make to order in smaller batches and deliver directly to our customers.
We produce eight flavours in 450ml and 1 litre bottles, the personal size bottle for when you need a refresh and recharge break, and the 1 litre bottle that is ideal for sharing over conversation or dinner with friends, possibly in place of wine
